Growing up in a small town you always think when I get older I'm going to leave this place. Well years later I'm still here & loving it! I was born in Durham & grew up here as a child. I lived in Carmel, NY for a few years while in school but came back down once I graduated. It has been a treat to watch the Triangle area grow up. I remember driving through downtown Durham & smelling the sweet aroma of fresh tobacco hanging to dry in the large brick warehouses. Now those same warehouses have been remodeled & turned into condos, retail stores, restaurants & businesses. Enjoying a cool evening at the Durham Bulls Baseball game is one of the best family outings around. There's also plenty of college sports if you are interested. With DUKE, UNC & NC State all within 30 minutes of each other there's always a good game to watch. We can't forget one our newest additions to the area, The Durham Performing Arts Center, DPAC. This award winning theater has been a huge success throughout the Triangle area. As a season ticket holder I can tell you it's absolutely a treat viewing shows that have just left Broadway. Living here is truly something special, the character, charisma & charm of the Triangle is quite unique.
I began my real estate career in 1995. Over the years I've been lucky enough to participate in a very successful real estate market. I've seen the market at its' normal rate, I've watched it soar through the roof & now we are stabilizing back to the way it should be. A home is an investment but I believe that first it's your HOME. I have received many awards & plaques but my favorites are letters from clients. This was a unique selling process of some land my late mother had purchased! My father and I spoke with Cindi and she was glad to assist us in selling it!! However, we wish it had been that easy, Cindi took the time to get the land on MLS and within a couple days we were under contract over asking price, once the closing attorneys started the paperwork process they discovered one of the 2 lots had troubles with the deed, so over the next 16 months Cindi worked diligently with our attorney( she researched and found the right one for this situation) constant communication with us and finally was able to get back on the market and again had an offer within a week!! We were finally ready to close and complete the sell in early February 2024. This wouldn't have been possible without the persistence, expertise and constant communication from Cindi! We wouldn't hesitate at all to reach out for future buying or selling opportunities!!! Thanks so much for all your help!!!

Cindie is an exceptional realtor. She helped us buy and sell a house in Durham, NC through a relocation process both times. First, she knows the market extremely well. Her suggested offer and sale prices were right on the money each time.
