I’ve always prided myself on being a passionate, experienced Realtor® with the heart of a teacher. One common theme you’ll notice in many of my client reviews is that I always work to make sure my clients never feel forced into making a decision which isn’t in their best interest. My goal is to provide you with all the tools, information, and resources needed to help you achieve YOUR real estate goals. Selling $25 million in real estate sales has given me the opportunity to work through all types of situations and gain the necessary insight to guide you through the best experience possible.
In addition to serving my clients, I also believe it’s of the utmost importance to do my part in helping the betterment of the local real estate industry. I’m currently volunteering in my third year of being elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®. This is also my third year serving on the Board of Directors for the association’s non-profit arm, the “Realtor® Giving Network”. I’ve even been given the honor of being named the Chair for the association’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee for 2022. Working in these different capacities allows me to work alongside my peers in making sure our local real estate industry is doing our absolute best to benefit the communities in which we live.
I’ve lived in the Triangle area since I was 8 years old. During that time, I’ve been through every level of the Wake County school system and eventually graduated from NC State. My love for the area is so strong I was able to convince my Nebraskan wife to move out here after our wedding to build our family. The joys of our life are our two children, Jackson (6) and Emma (3). “Free time” is a rare find these days, but whenever I’m able to come across some, I enjoy using it to cook, watch movies, or take walks with the family. So much of our lives revolve around the place we call home, and I have the privilege of helping people make their home dreams come true.

OK So this is my first time working with a realtor. Honestly speaking, I am finding it difficult to tell people about my experience with this woman Mrs. ARIELLA CRYPTO because of the fact that there are so many scammers out there and people are careful what to believe and what not to believe, but even at that I have been able to refer more than 8 people to this great trader and her company within the space of 2 months and this gives me greater joy than keeping it to myself. I have successfully made my third withdrawal and am currently on a plan that is expected to yield over $200k just within a month and half. I have worked with Derrick on multiple real estate transactions. He helped me buy my first home, sell it years later and most recently helped me through the new construction process. Each experience has been a five-star experience. There was never a moment when I was unsure what the next step was. Derrick handled each transaction with the utmost level of professionalism.
